If you can’t find an answer below that satisfies your query or you wish to get in touch for any other reason including feedback, simply reach out to support@meetwithrumi.com

A. Participants only receive a notification via email when:

  • You have been added to a new event (i.e. advisory board)
  • When the event is live
  • If a new, additional question is posted for comment
  • If a participant responds to one of your comments
  • If the moderator sends you a private message
  • When the discussion group has 48 hours remaining
  • When the discussion group is closed

A. The rumi ‘anytime’ ad board is web-based (not an app) and can be used on any device (smartphones, tablets, desktop). Internet access is necessary.

A. Rumi is a secure encrypted platform with industry leading internet security protocols in place (email support@meetwithrumi.com for specifics). Access to Rumi is granted only to approved members, put forward by the sponsor/organiser. Participants then set up their own password access.

At the conclusion of the event, all contributions by participants are forwarded to the sponsoring company, and then permanently deleted from the Rumi platform at the conclusion of the event.

A. There is a clock on the Rumi platform showing how much time you have remaining to contribute your thoughts, but don’t leave it to the last minute - this isn’t an exam, it’s a discussion!

A. Whilst your contributions and any previous events will be removed from the Rumi platform, we keep your profile activated in the event you are invited to future events on the Rumi platform. If you wish to delete your profile/account, you can do so at any time by emailing support@meetwithrumi.com.
